The Sp8de project is an open-source network that aims to deliver decentralized verifiable quantum randomness as a service. Its tokens, SPX and QRNG, do not fall under the FCA's guidance on digital assets ([Policy Statement PS19/22](https://www.fca.org.uk/publication/policy/ps19-22.pdf)) as they are neither considered e-money nor stable coins backed by securities or commodities. Instead, SPX and QRNG are classified as utility tokens due to their specific functions within the network.\
\
Qrng Solutions Ltd (UK), the company behind the Sp8de project, does not claim that its tokens, SPX and QRNG, will appreciate in value or yield profits or dividends. Given the volatile nature of digital currencies, which can significantly depreciate, investing in them carries a high risk of loss. It is crucial to only invest what you can afford to lose. Exercise caution and consider the risks involved with digital currency investments.\
\
The Sp8de project should be viewed primarily as a component of the company's promotional and marketing strategy, aimed at enhancing its research and development efforts and boosting product sales.
