# Formula for Selecting a Quantum Random Number for the User

The formula consists of the sum of blockchain variables, such as the block number, block prefix, account name in numeric representation, and the current time. Additionally, it includes the sum of the hash elements of the last 5 quantum values. After obtaining a hash from the result, the winning number is derived from the hash from the list.
